• You must not be a person already excluded from gambling activities or listed on any self-exclusion register.

Account Registration & Verification

Each user may maintain only one (1) account on bee9. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bee9 may request identity verification documents at any point during your membership, including but not limited to: national ID card, passport, driver's license, utility bill, or bank statement. This process ensures the security of our platform and compliance with applicable policies. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and withdrawal of access to funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify bee9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bee9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required rollover will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bee9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
